THE AMENITY SPACES OF THE AMBERLY INCLUDE THE GROUND FLOOR LOBBY WITH LOUNGE SEATING AND COMMUNAL TABLES, A SPACIOUS NINTH-FLOOR LOUNGE WITH A WRAPAROUND SUNDECK AND LANDSCAPED TERRACE, AND AN INDOOR/OUTDOOR TOP-FLOOR SKY LOUNGE, KNOWN AS THE OVERLOOK, WHICH OFFERS RESIDENTS STUNNING PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE NEW YORK CITY SKYLINE, STATUE OF LIBERTY AND SEVEN ICONIC BRIDGES.

BHDM APPROACHED THE AMENITY SPACES WITH A HOSPITALITY-FORWARD MENTALITY, STRIVING TO ANTICIPATE AS MANY USER TYPES AND SPECIFIC USER NEEDS AS POSSIBLE. OUR TEAM CONSIDERED THE WAYS IN WHICH PEOPLE WOULD USE EACH SPACE IN A RESIDENTIAL SETTING - WHAT THEY WOULD WANT, NEED AND DESIRE TO HAVE IN THE COMFORT OF THEIR OWN HOMES. FROM CO-WORKING AND HEADS DOWN WORK, TO DINING, LOUNGING OR HOSTING FRIENDS FOR A ROOFTOP DRINK, WE PLANNED THE AMENITY SPACES TO ACCOMMODATE AND PRIORITIZE EACH SIMULTANEOUSLY.
