When it comes to Brooklyn brownstones, we've seen few spaces that have more coolness cred that this black-and-white apartment designed by Dan Mazzarini of BHDM Design. Featured on Lonny, the apartment, which Mazzarini designed for a friend, juxtaposes traditional architectural details with contemporary furniture. A black-and-white palette with warm touches of cognac leather and brass feels timeless yet of-the-moment, and graphic art gives the space pop. We really dig it. Scroll on for the tour.
